    Directions

    1. Know your numbers using our free Fuel & Hydration Planner
    2. Map your plan out onto the time sheet sticker using the product, multiplier and duration stickers
    3. Stick your plan to the top tube or stem of your bike, on your bottles or soft flasks, or on your crew's aid station boxes
    4. Hit your numbers and perform at your best

    What do the stickers mean?

    • "E" = for bottles containing electrolytes
    • "C" = for bottles containing carbohydrates
    • Knife and fork = for real food. (Eat with your hands if you must ya filthy animal!)
    • Use the multiplier stickers (x2, x3, x4) to save product stickers when you plan to use more than one of the same product in a time period
    • Use the red duration markers to replicate or stretch intake out over multiple hours
