These Terms govern all orders placed by private customers through our online shop.
Sales and deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms.
Product listings are invitations to make an offer and are non-binding.
A contract is concluded only once we send an order confirmation email.
We store the contract data and send the order details and these Terms to the customer by email.
Customers may download and save these Terms at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse orders, in particular in cases of:
Product descriptions and images are provided based on manufacturer information. Minor deviations in packaging or labelling do not constitute a defect.
Sports nutrition products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

All prices are in CHF, include Swiss VAT where applicable, and exclude shipping costs, which are shown separately at checkout.
Where required by law, unit prices (e.g. per kg/L) are displayed.
The price at the time of the order is binding.
Payment methods are those shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment.
In case of payment default, we may:
Set-off by the customer is excluded unless the counterclaim is undisputed or legally established.
Goods remain the property of Square Distribution Sàrl until full payment has been received.
Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless mandatory Swiss consumer law provides otherwise.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer must notify us within 5 days if it has not been received.
Partial deliveries are permitted.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g. marketplaces) may be subject to the checkout, payment and logistics terms of the respective platform.
Returns are not permitted for food and sports nutrition products for hygiene and safety reasons.
For non-food items, we grant a 30-day voluntary return right from the date of receipt.
Conditions:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Sale items and gift cards are excluded.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify defects in writing within 5 days.
Failing such notice, the goods are deemed accepted, except for hidden defects.
Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law remain reserved.
In the case of proven defects, we may at our discretion:
Further claims, especially for consequential damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
The limitation period for defect claims is two years from delivery, unless a shorter period is legally permitted and validly agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude liability for:
Liability for intent, gross negligence, and mandatory product liability remains reserved.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct use of sports nutrition products.
We are not liable for misuse, overconsumption, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines, to the extent permitted by law.
All website content is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without prior written consent.
We provide access to third-party tools and links “as is” without warranties and assume no liability for their use.
Square Distribution is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with Square Distribution. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Square Distribution. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims relating to purchases made in our store.
Customers may not use the website for unlawful purposes, fraud, scraping, resale, or actions that harm the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations.
Customers shall indemnify Square Distribution against third-party claims arising from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g. transport disruption, supply chain failure, governmental measures, natural events).
Customers may not assign their rights.
We may assign our rights without notice.
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Nyon, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer venue provisions.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
